Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA)

The Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA) is a farmer-lead dynamic provincial lobby which works to represent the interests of its farm members to government. As the largest, voluntary general farm organization in the country, OFA has more than 38,000 members, as well as 32 organizational members and affiliates representing most agricultural commodity groups. Today the OFA continues to work hard to ensure that all levels of government hear Ontario farmers' concerns.



Dairy Farmers of Ontario
 
Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO) is the marketing organization for the largest sector of Ontario agriculture. DFO markets milk on behalf of all Ontario dairy farms to the processing industry and is owned, operated and completely financed by Ontario’s dairy farm families. The Ontario marketing system works to get farmers their incomes directly from the marketplace and is dedicated to serving and responding to consumers.



Farm Credit Canada

The purpose of FCC is to enhance rural Canada by providing specialized and personalized business and financial services and products to farming operations, including family farms, and to those businesses in rural Canada, including small and medium-sized businesses, that are businesses related to farming. FCC offer loans and services to the agricultural community. These services include management software, information and learning to help customers make sound business decisions.

Kemptville College Alumni Association

The primary objectives of the Alumni Association are to sustain and strengthen Kemptville Campus by encouraging communications between alumni and the college community, supporting on-going educational programs through scholarships, bursaries, or other means of financial assistance and facilitating participation in the affairs and activities of the Campus. The OAC Alumni Foundation (OACAF) is an independent body dedicated to the achievement of a well-educated, well-informed, prosperous and sustainable agriculture and rural community in Ontario. The Alumni Foundation raises funds for providing awards to encourage bright, capable high school students to study agriculture (including food, environmental and rural issues) in degree and diploma programs at the Ontario Agricultural College. The OACAF also supports initiatives that improve the learning and living environment for OAC students and the teaching, research and technology-transfer programs of the College.

The Canadian Agricultural Skills Service (CASS)

The Canadian Agricultural Skills Service (CASS) program provides funding to beginning and established farmers and their spouses to develop a learning plan and take courses to help them gain the skills they need to reach their goals. CASS assists farm families to acquire on-farm skills, or skills and training to pursue other income options, or both.
